Lymph in Motion by Criselda White

To secure your appointment at Lymph in Motion, we require a valid card on file. You will not be charged until the day of your session, unless otherwise stated. Prepayment is highly recommended to streamline your check-in and ensure you receive your full session time.

Appointments can be booked and prepaid online or by calling our office at (512) 817-3008 from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Visit our website or call to complete your booking.

We accept same-day bookings with a minimum of 4 to 12 hours' notice.
To reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

In the case of valid emergencies or illness, we will gladly waive rescheduling penalties with appropriate notice.

We understand that life happens. To be fair to all clients, the following policies apply:

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
   
• For prepaid sessions, cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
   
• To request a refund, please email, call, or text us at least 5 days in advance of your scheduled session.
   

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice and no sessions used are eligible for a full refund.
   
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% forfeiture of the paid amount.
   
• If any sessions have already been used, the remaining balance is non-refundable.
   
• MLD/BLD series or packages expire 6 months from the purchase date.
   

Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will be considered a “No-Show” and will result in 100% forfeiture of the session or payment.

Please arrive on time. Arriving late may result in a shortened session to respect the time of other clients.
Regardless of the time remaining, you will be charged for the full session fee.

All requests to cancel a package or series must be submitted in writing via email to:

We do not accept cancellations for packages or series via phone or text.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice before the first scheduled session may be eligible for a refund as outlined above. This policy allows us to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

Monthly memberships are charged automatically to the card on file on the same day each month (based on your original sign-up date) and continue for a 12-month term.

Failed payments will result in the member being billed at the regular session rate. Members must maintain an active account for the duration of the 12-month agreement.

To cancel a membership, we require 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date.
