All online purchases of services, packages, memberships, and gift cards are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds requested within 24 hours will be subject to management review and may take up to 10 business days to process.

• Products & Gift Cards: Non-refundable after 24 hours from purchase.
• Classes/Workshops: A 30% non-refundable fee will be applied to all cancellations. The remaining 70% may be refunded only if cancellation is received within 24 hours prior to the class start time.
• Packages: If one session has been rendered, 50% of the total cost may be refunded. Once more than one session is used, no refunds will be issued and the remaining balance will be forfeited.
• Memberships: Memberships must be cancelled in writing via email to cris@movinglymphinmotion.com at least 30 days before the next billing date. No refunds will be issued for unused time or missed sessions within an active billing cycle.

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost at the time of checkout.
Failure to pay the required deposit will result in an unconfirmed booking and possible loss of your appointment time.

We value your time, and we ask that you value ours in return.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-call/no-show appointments will forfeit their deposit and may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in denial of future booking privileges.
